Overwriting the previous completion status

Jan 27, 2012

I have a client who is using Articulate for the first time on a LMS named Beeline. The LMS admins say that the following behavior is occurring:

1) Complete a module from beginning to end in one sitting, the course registers as complete (completion is slide views).

2) Start another instance of the course and abandon it without completing it. The course registers as in progress.

3) Go back to the course, it prompts you to start where you left off. Complete the course like you did the first time. The course never registers as complete.

In summary, the completion status is not updating.

What I do know:

-LMS is handling the resume.

-Completion is slide views.

-Tried it in SCORM cloud and it worked as expected

-We both went through the troubleshooting document ("9 Ways to Troubleshoot..") and tried what was there.

...except for the debug log. But before I ask for that, am I missing anything obvious?

Hi Hadiya,

I'd recommend sending us your files so we can take a closer look and try replicating the issue. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. Thanks!
