Packaged Files Using Old Content

I'm having a frustrating time trying to get a packaged file from another user to display updated content. Here's the workflow.
- Assistant makes changes.
- Package module
- Sync to Box
- I delete the old files from my system.
- I delete the whole Articulate temp folder
- I download the new package
- Unzip the package
- Open the pptx
- Look at the slides and see no changes
- Look at the module on the assistants system and confirm that collaboration of modules is a problem.
This is particularly bad on interactions and quizzes. The interaction slide in presenter shows the correct time stamp but when you open it it has old content.
It doesn't matter how I get the package or even unpackaged modules to my machine. It wants to use old content.
Please help!

Hi John!
I'm not sure what you mean when you say 'sync to box'
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
Sync to Box (Box.com)
All edits are done locally. (C:\Users\jdenner\Documents\1 - LMS\HazCom\English)
Box.com is just a method to pass the file back and forth without using email
So, you are essentially still following our collaborative workflow. Thanks for sharing that information with me.
Is it just this file or does this happen with multiple files? Is your assistant working in the proper environment as well and saving the changes to the presenter project?
