This is absolutely stupid. I clicked on that link - then clicked on screen recorder. --- it just took me back to the same place I was. NOTHING HAPPENS - beginning to not being a happy camper - Nothing seems to work anymore.

I apologize for the issue. The screen recorder requires Java and it's possible that there's some incompatibility with your machine.
Are your source files (PowerPoint, quizzes files, and PPTA files) located on a network drive? Alternatively, are they located in a deep folder path like this?
Brian - As requested, I move the old file to a new folder - the again (about the 10th time) "Send to Articulate Presenter Package"
Still no PPTA in the file. CAN I JUST COPY AND PASTE IT IN THE FOLDER?
You know I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LAST VERSION. I created about 11 presentations ( Now - I have to go back and nearly re-do ALL OF THEM) This small corrections should have taken be about 30 minutes. So far this week I have spent over 32 hours.
I checked to see if I was using the latest update, and I am. As far as Java Script - I frequently enable updates.
Mind running a trace log for me & upload it to me?
Please follow the steps below to generate for us a trace log of what's happening:
1) Download, extract, and double-click the below trace tool (keep the window open): http://www.articulate.com/support/downloads/APTrace.zip 2) Launch PowerPoint. PowerPoint should be launched only after the trace window is open. 3) Follow the steps you normally take to reproduce your issue. 4) When you are finished reproducing your issue, in the Trace window copy the text and paste it into Notepad. 5) Upload the file here:
In the subject, put Attention Brian Batt and the file will come straight to me. If I'm unable to determine the cause the issue via the trace log, we'll setup a Gotomeeting and resolve it that way.
In case anyone runs into this issue, we were able to determine that the "Swiff for Office Add-in" was the culprit of the issue. To resolve it, simply disable it by using the method described in the screencast below:

HI Brian, can you provide a new link to the trace tool, as that link doesn't work.

Hi J Parker,
Yes, the PPTA file should be included with the package. Would you mind submitting a support case to us by recording a screencast of the issue?

Hi J Parker,
Out of curiosity, can you replicate the issue with a brand new PowerPoint presentation? This will tell me if file corruption might be the culprit.
Create a BRAND NEW PRESENTATION, (4 frames) 2 Flash movies and 2 Quizes. PACKAGED and NOPE file attached.
Can you replicate the issue with a PPTX file instead of a PPTM file?
Exact same thing
