Packaging problem

When I try to create an Articulate Package from my presentation, the progress bar appears and it looks like the package is being created. But when the sand-timer appears and the PPT comes back up, I never get the pop-up box telling me the pckage has been created. The file which I believe is being created, which appears in my folder, is seen below. The package is not there.

I re-installed Articulate and that didn't help. I have not had this problem before.

Hey Joe!

For zip creation to work properly, the full directory path of the publish location needs to be less than 256 characters in length, including the name of the zip file itself.
Also, please be aware that working on a network drive or publishing to a network drive can cause erratic behavior. You should edit and publish your content on your local hard drive (typically, your C: drive).
