Particiapnts having issues viewing content

Hi,

I have some participants having problems accessing the content via the company LMS.

The modules have been developed in Articulate and loaded onto our LMS hosted by Talent 2. The LMS is only compatible with Internet Explorer so we recommend all participants access the content via IE. A lot of the participant when launching the eLearning module get a message saying an error has occured and that they need to Debug, when they debug the following information comes up:

I have generallly askled participants to ensure they have all Java and Windows updates up to date, however the issues is astill coming up.

Has anyone had any experienc with this type of error? Or does anyone have a solution?

Would be very grateful for any help as I have run out of ideas...
