One concern I had was about the file size...the FLV file has gone from 275KB to 947KB. Is that a HUGE difference as far as load speeds, or is that faily nominal?
It really depends upon the end-user's internet connection. The file has basically gone from a 1/4 MB to 1MB. Most websites will load between 800kb and 1.4MB on the initial load. So, comparatively speaking, it's not a huge increase. However, if all of your users are rocking 56k modems, then they'll have issues.

Hi Dave,
Did the suggestions from our support team resolve the issue?
"I would recommend that you re-encode your video and make sure you adjust the
encoding settings to ensure the best possible quality of the encoded video.
In Articulate Video Encoder, import your video and then click on Publish.
In the Publish window, click on customize. Increase the bitrate setting and
then change the encoding method to VBR 2 passes. "
Hey Brian,
That seems to have worked.....
