Thank you for letting us know! I am sorry to hear that the Player Properties menu isn't appearing for you. 

Since Presenter 360 isn't working properly, I would recommend starting with a repair to see if that clears up this issue. If the repair doesn't seem to help, I will also include some next steps that I hope will help. You can find these resources below:
