I just upgraded from Studio 09 to 13 this week and converted an 09 course to 13. After making the adjustments, the exit button will not close the window like I believe it should - even when I have passed or failed the course. Any suggestions?
Are there no built in Exit prompt options in '13 as there were in '09? I thought you could at least ask the learner "are your sure you want to exit?" but I cannot seem to locate this feature. Thanks for your help.
I need help! The EXIT button does not work either on the web publishing or after publishing in our LMS with Presenter 2013. We have tried the fixes above and they do not work for us. How can we publish in SCORM to the LMS and get the EXIT button to work?
If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.
Do you encounter this same behavior if you test your content in SCORM Cloud?

Hi Ken and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
If you find that the Exit tab doesn't work in an Articulate Presenter '13 course, check out this article for solutions.

Hi Tammy!
There is not an additional setting, it is not a feature in '13.
