If you're wanting to add a logo above the outline of your presentation, please use Jennifer's method (Thanks Jennifer!). However, if you need to replace the Articulate logo that's in the bottom left-hand corner, see the method below:
In Presenter '09 you can remove and replace the Articulate logo. Here's how you remove the logo:
Hello. I followed the instructions and it replaced it nicely BUT....suddenly the presentation is bigger then it should be ....and the browser doesn't give me a scroll bar.....and I made sure the swf is less then 42 pixels high....
Actually! I found the answer. My version of snagit must publish to swf in a format that Presenter doesn't like. I used flash to create a swf using ActionScript 3.0 and it works just fine. Interesting.
I used the instructions recommended at http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=297, but I still cannot get the logo to appear. I think it has something to do with the way I am converting the image to a swf file. Do you have any recommendations on how to go about doing that?
Yes I do actually. You have to use flash to convert the image to .swf. You CANT just convert it in snag it or other paint program. For some reason ts not the "right kind" of flash and is ignored. So go to Adobe Flash. Open a new project. import the image and save as swf.

Hi Alexandra,
You can modify the logo in the Presentation Options:
1. Select the Articulate menu (in PowerPoint)
2. Select Presentation Options
3. Select Logos from the Presentation Options window
4. Click Add from the Presentation window
5. Browse to where your logo file is located (supported formats are: .swf, .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .emf and .wmf; maximum width = 244 pixels)
6. Select your logo - it should appear in the logo area of your selected Player template.
The steps here were listed in an Articulate user manual I got from a Yukon Learning workshop. Hope this is helpful!

Hi Denise,
Can you post a screenshot for us of what you're seeing?
Thanks!
Notice that now even if the browser is maximized, the player now is out of view....
The copyright.swf is 175x39 pixels
Wait..I had this problem before....I made the swf using snag it. I will try making it a different way
