I have a presentation file which consists of just an Engage Interaction and a Quizmaker Quiz. I modified the player to not include the menu or anything on the left side, and no tabs at the top. But when I preview or publish the presentation, it has a menu on the left. And a Resources tab at the top. I've saved my player. Why isn't it using my settings?
Yes, my project files are local. The problem was in my slide properties which were set to "custom" instead of "default" even though I hadn't customized them.

Hi Alison,
Check to make sure that your project files are local (on your C: drive), since this is happening when you preview.
Can you share a screenshot of the player/menu settings in Presenter, so I can take a look?

Wonder if maybe the settings carried over from another project, maybe? Either way, I'm happy to hear you were able to get this running properly.
