Player tab in Presenter: Loads only once??!! May 26, 2011 By Sayuj Ravindran Hi, I have inserted an Engage Media Tour interaction as 'Player tab' in my presenter file. Is there anyway to set it so that everytime the user launches the player tab, it starts from the beginning? Currently when I launch the player tab for the second time, it resumes from the interaction from which I had closed it the first time.

In media tour - Interaction Properties -> Media Tour -> 'Allow Resume' is disabled. And, In the presenter file - Player Templates -> Player Controls -> Resume option is also disabled. Still I have this issue... any other ideas?

If you continue to have issues, try publishing your presentation to a new folder on your Desktop. This should resolve the issue.
