Player Tab Toolbar Location/Settings Issue

I am having issues with the Articulate player tabs. After adding my engagements (1), I go to Layout Features and set the Player tabs to the “Topbar Right”(2).  When I preview and/or save the player template the tabs shift to the “Topbar Right” (3).

 

I’ve tried everything from deleting the engagements in the existing pptx and re-embedding them to opening a new pptx and starting from scratch.  I’ve also conducted a repair of the studio software, complete reinstall and reinstall or Office 2010 but no luck. 

 

I am overdue delivering this project and appreciate any assistance!

 

 

(1)    Added Player Tabs

(2)    Player Layout Settings – Player Tabs Top Bar Right

(3)    When I click save or save as, the tabs revert back to the topbar left.
