The player template content of the by default CZ language in the Articulate Presenter 13 seems to be wrong. The content seems to be of NL language. Can you please check and update it.
While working on the localization of the CZ language the tester marked this issue, then we got to know that the CZ template has different language content.
Please check and update the dll so that it will apply to all the version.
The issue where our Player text labels had incorrect Czech translations has been fixed in today's update of Articulate 360. There were a few other important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Sorry that you've run into this error. It is one that has been reported to our team.
Please load this XML file into the Player Text Labels and see if it works for you:
Just go to Player> Text Labels> click the Folder Icon next to Language and browse the XML file.
I will add this to our internal report so that we can update here as well.
