I just published a powerpoint to our LMS and discovered that I needed to edit the template to allow users without audio to be able to read the presentation notes. I edited the existing player template that i had and saved the changes. Then when i go to preveiw the changes will not show up. What can I do to correct this? I really need to be able to show the notes at the bottom of the screen for those that do not have audio
When you say that you "preview the changes" are you referencing the preview on your desktop? If so, make sure that you have the correct template selected. You can change the template right from within your preview.
One thing I might suggest...
Make sure when you change the template, that you save it with a unique name. this will make it easier to select (at least it does for me!).
