Player Template - Link to TEST is appearing in right hand corner

Hi,
In my player template a link to TEST is appearing in the space where the Attachments link usually is. If you click on it it brings you to an Engage interaction. I can't figure out how this is got there or how to remove it. Any ideas?
Attached is an image of my issue.

When you go to Articulate > Attachments, are you seeing an Engage interaction listed there? If so, you can select it and hit Delete.
No. There is nothing listed under the Articulate > Attachments.
