I have created a player template, but I am having trouble getting the presentation to "grab" it. I click it from the drop down menu. When I preview it from the template window, all of my changes are there so I close it. When I preview all slides before I publish, it reverts back to "corporate communications". I have done all I know to do but cannot get it to "stick", please advise. As always, thank you for all of your assistance.
Hi, Terry: I assume you are using Articulate Studio (i.e. not Storyline)? Can you publish and see what happens? Sometimes review mode doesn't show everything that's going to show up when you publish. --Daniel
You are welcome. Review mode isn't the real deal. Publishing is. I have experience a similar issue and just publishing allowed me to choose what template and settings I wanted. And sometimes, a template can become corrupted and do all sort of weird things. Hopefully you've got the template you want know. --Daniel

Thank you. I had forgotten it gives you another opportunity to change templates from the publish screen.
