Hi. So I am moving allong on a project and all of a sudden my courses are publishing and previewing with the default corporate template. My template files exist, they are there to select. After trying a multitude of different things I am able to get it to work on test files some of the time. So odd (and frustrating) as things were fine for so long.
I also notice that all of a sudden I keep getting a Flash Player security warning. My guess is that this is not a coincidence. I am not working on a shared drive or usb. All from my hard drive.
Sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your player templates. Since it's happening intermittently, would you submit a Support case so that we can take a look and see if we can recreate the problem you're encountering. You'll need to follow these directions to package your Presenter files to upload on page 2.
I did. (case 00349049) but nothing specific on the template issue came out of it which led me here. I was given the general erratic behavior suggestionssince the template worked on your end.
