Hello, I am building a course using Presenter, Quizmaker and Engage. I have created a custom player for each of these, and all of them do not show the page-by-page menu on the left side of the player. However, when I import the Engage and Quizmaker pieces into Presenter, the page-by-page menu shows up -- only on the pages with the quiz questions or interactions. How can I avoid this problem? Thank you for your help!
Studio '13 introduced a new, unified player. When you create a custom menu for quizzes and interactions, these will be used when those are published as standalone quizzed or interactions (not inserted into Presenter '13). When you add a Quizmaker or Engage slide in Presenter, the project will use Presenter's player only.
The menu for the quizzes and interactions added to Presenter will show up in the left-hand pane of the Presenter player, but the player for the interactions and quizzes will not be included.
Now, for the menu - are you saying that the only slides you're seeing in the menu are for the quizzes and interactions? If that's the case, it might help to check your Slide Properties and ensure that the menu is enabled.
Here's how:
Click on Slide Properties.
Select your slide in the list.
Click on the drop-down for Features and select Custom for the selected slides >> enable Menu.
