Playlist not playing on publish

Hi there Chris, thanks for letting us know what's going on. What version of Presenter are you using--Presenter '13 or Presenter 360?

Also, what browser were you using when you tested the published output in SCORM Cloud and your LMS?

I'm using Presenter '13, and the browser I'm using is Chrome. I'm using PowerPoint 2013.

Thanks, Chris. Have you tried using other browsers? If so, which ones did you use, and how did the playlist behave there?

I just tried it on Firefox, and the playlist did play there. Unfortunately, most of the audience is on Chrome.

Hi Chris, thanks for sharing the published zip file with me. I uploaded it to SCORM Cloud and gave it a test in Chrome v58.0.3029, and I was able to hear the background narration. Can you give this link a test and let me know if it works for you also?

Thanks! Testing it on the provided link does indeed play the audio on the playlist for me as well. Would you mind checking with this attached file? I still seem to be having problems getting that playlist to play on this version (still the final slide). If you're able to get it to play, I gotta figure out what I'm doing wrong. :-)

Here you go, Chris! Give this link a test. The audio played as expected on my end. 

Thanks, Alyssa! I'm not sure what I did on my end that prevented it from playing on publish. But if it's working for you, then it's gotta be something not related to the zipped file.
