I am currently working with the playlist for my new project and this is definitely giving life to my project. When we publish everything seems good if we watch the session straight through. However, if we pause the project at any stage the playlist music starts to get stuck and repeat a small section over and over. Is there a glitch with the playlist? or is there a workaround for this? I'm preempting that users may call me about this?
I just tested playlists on my machine & I couldn't replicate the freezing or stalling they're seeing. Do you have a special character like quotes or an ampersand in the name of the playlist? Also, does the source file of the audio follow our recommendations?

I will try the naming conventions and see if that was causing the issue... we havent sent this out to users yet... it seems to happen as we work through the project going back and forward and pausing the project which we do a lot when we are taking editing notes. Perhaps the back function is causing it? Anyway thank you for the best practice details. Our files were meeting these standards which is good to know.
Please let me know if you continue to have problems. Another good test is to publish your presentation with the Corporate Communications player template. Sometimes, custom player templates get corrupt & can cause strange issues. Thus, publishing your presentation with a different player template is a good way to test that.
