I'd love to hear from someone who uses the Podcast publishing option. I'm interested to find out in what circumstances is this an advantage over regular uploading to a webserver with a link from a webpage.
Hi Steve - I've used the Publish to Podcast feature quite a few times. We like it mostly because of ease and the custom audio player. Because it's Flash-based, it integrates easily into our existing intranet portals.
We used to convert to mp4 or .mp3 but some business units weren't able to play the files.
Thanks for your replies folks. Bobbie, I'm publishing to podcasts through Articulate Presenter. Tom, access for the blind is a great idea, however I am currently working for the bus and coach industry in New South Wales with driver training...so that won't be an issue...I HOPE!!!

How are you currently creating podcasts?
I know quite a few that use the podcast output as a way to make the course available to those who are blind.
