Poor Resolution on Video Encoder Output

Hello all . . . . Here is my issue:
I've created a screencast demo using Camtasia. I save it as mp4, and it looks great when I view the mp4 file with Windows Media Player.
I then convert it to a Flash movie using Video Encoder. The published Flash movie looks OK (although the size seems small). However when I import it to Powerpoint, the resolution is terrible. Very fuzzy and almost un-viewable. I tried customizing the dimensions of the video in Encoder to a larger size, but it still looks bad.
I'm new at using Camtasia and creating this kind of media for e-learning. I'm sure I'm missing something.
Anyone have any advice?
Paul

Hey Paul!
Would importing your video as an MP4, with no conversion, be an option? There will always be some level of degradation in any conversion process, but it sounds like this one is especially bad.
I actually didn't realize I could import MP4 directly. That's very good to know! I also just figured out that I can publish the video directly to Flash from Camtasia, so that helps too.
Thanks for the response, Peter!
