Animations using "start on click of..." aren't supported, however they can be replicated using hyperlinks and duplicate or hidden slides. e.g. you have an image that you want someone to click on and then have something animate because of that. First create the duplicate/hidden slide with the animations you want using either start with previous or start after previous. Then on the slide with your image hyperlink the image to the slide with the animations.

Thanks. I knew the trick in PPT, but was hoping to be able to use in Presenter. Works fine!
