I have a power point that I transfer to articulate presenter. When I did that, somehow the line that is at the bottom of the power point template somehow moved to the middle each slide. It is in the power point and it shows up in Presenter. Does any have any idea how to fix this? Thank you.
Sorry to hear you're running into some issues with Presenter! Just to clarify, is this what you're experiencing:
When I save my PowerPoint (.ppt) as a Presenter file (.ppta), I'm noticing elements in my Powerpoint shift/change.
Saving your file as a Presenter file shouldn't change anything that you have created in Powerpoint. Are you importing your file elsewhere that may have a different slide size?
Please see attachment. And please delete when you are finished with it. Thank you. The line only appeared after I created a presenter slide for Articulate. I have since deleted the Articulate slide to see if that would fix the problem, which it didn't. I have never seen this issue before. Thank you so much for your assistance.
Leslie, thank you so much. I will try that. I don't remember which asset I was using specifically. It's been awhile since I have looked at this. However, my only goal is to transfer this to Presenter. Thank you.

If you're comfortable with sharing your original PPT file for testing, you can share it publicly here, or privately with our support engineers. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!

Hi Lawrence,
I just wanted to let you know that you've shared your file in a public forum and you can pop in and delete that if needed.
Slides in your course are PowerPoint slides. What Presenter asset were you adding or working on when you noticed the issue?
You can correct the issue by moving the line on your Slide Master and it will apply to all of your slides as well.
I've deleted the file as you requested above.

So many things I don't know. This worked perfectly. It was so annoying having that line int he middle of my screen. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Glad that I was able to help, Lawrence. Good luck with the rest of your project :)
