I am having trouble with PowerPoint 2010 and Articulate. It will work fine for a while and then PowerPoint crashes and the ribbon disabled. Is this a known issue and does it have a fix? Thanks!
You may encounter the following error message when working with PowerPoint:
"PowerPoint experienced a serious problem with the 'articulate presenter ribbon' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?"

I would honestly start with the flash viewer first. There seems to be something going on with the newest flash 10 viewer. I have had it crash several times on me just browsing the web from Firefox 4.
