I recorded my audio in PowerPoint and I can hear it in the slides, but when I preview it in Articulate it shows the audio running but there is no sound. I've done this before and it worked. Can anyone help me with this?
Is it possible that before, you recorded your audio in Presenter instead of PowerPoint?
Presenter 360 doesn't support audio that was recorded in Powerpoint. You'll need to record or import audio in Presenter instead.
If you've already completed your recordings in PowerPoint, feel free to take a look at the article below on how to extract the audio from your Powerpoint, then re-import into Presenter. Hope this helps!
Interesting. I didn't actually do the recording. Someone in another department developed training in PowerPoint and did her recordings there. I just packaged it in Presenter so we could load into our LMS and it worked.

I tried the Zip-7 solution. All I got were images. None off the voiceovers. I will just have to re-record.
