Running Office 365 Business, PPTX version 1904 (Build 11601.20144 Click-to-Run). When in the Articulate ribbon, clicking any icon within the Content Library 360 section results in PPTX freezing, permanently. Must use Task Manager to kill PPTX process. Thoughts?
Hi there, John. You'll want to be sure you have a locally installed version of PowerPoint installed. Typically, Office 365 will include PowerPoint 2019 or 2016 for desktop installation. Studio 360 tools are not supported for the web versions of those apps.
If you're using a supported version of PowerPoint, check out these articles:
Network Endpoints for Articulate 360 - Since this is happening when Presenter 360 is talking to Content Library 360, let's make sure nothing is blocking Content Library 360 from working.
Hmmmm...well, installing the desktop version of PPTX is not an option for me. I guess I will have to access the Content Library via Storyline 360 and then copy/paste the image from there into my PPTX slide. That should work, right?
Are there plans to support the Content Library within the web version of PPTX?

Hi John,
I'm not aware of any future plans to include support for the web version of PowerPoint for use with Presenter 360.
You mention accessing via Storyline 360 and copy/paste to Presenter 360. Curious if using Storyline 360 would fit your need alone?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. As you likely know, there is not 100% parity b/w those programs and their respective functionality.
I can understand where you're coming from, John. If there's anything else we can do to help, let us know!
