I've just been informed that when viewed in the iPad app, all of the hyperlinks in all of our trainings are completely gone! See the attached pictures. This includes links to files as well as links to web pages. They work fine on a computer or anywhere else other than the app. Help! I've got over 100 trainings like this!

I just published a new course with Powerpoint 2010, Presenter 13 Update 5: 1412.920 and all of my hyperlinks throughout the presentation are gone in the mobile app which I just downloaded yesterday. They work in the flash version on my desktop. Any ideas?

Sorry that you've run into difficulty.
We have a similar issue reported to our QA Team, so I'd like to verify that this is the same thing.
Are you utilizing Studio '13 Update 4?
Is your hyperlink a text hyperlink or an image?

Yes, I am up to date with update 4. Our hyperlinks are just text.

Slides 4,6,7,8,and 72 have bad links but they should be visible.
Slides 18,19,22,29,45,48 and 84 have good links which are not visible in the AMP.
When using html5 output only in Safari, after going to the YouTube links on slide 71, when you return to the slideshow the audio is gone.
I have attached that output also.
