Program freezes when I try to play already recorded narration in "Record Narration" mode, "Add Annotations" mode and "Sync Animations" mode. I have to force shutdown of PowerPoint every time. Any idea as to what could be causing this?
Sounds like a repair of your software would help the issues that you are having, but I happy to announce that we released a new update yesterday and I advise that you download the latest update here.
Hi Chris! My next suggestion would be to check that your add-ins are active. Check out this article for assistance with this. If this doesn't work, however, I think we would need to work more closely with you in support.
All settings for add-ins are as they should be. I even tried using a different PowerPoint deck to see if it was an issue related to the ppt and the problem is repeatable. I'll submit a support case. Thanks.

Thanks, Leslie. I saw that a new version was made available yesterday. I loaded it today, but it didn't make a different. Any other thoughts?
