Hi, I'm a brand new Articulate user. Have already learned a lot from this community! Went to publish for 1st time and nothing happens when I click Publish button. Tried reinstalling using Installation Repair option, also shut down & restarted computer. I'm using PPT 2010....what else should I try?
Are you using the 64-bit version of Office by any chance? Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, please review the following article:
Hi Peter, I'm using the 32-bit version & do not have Click to Run. I'll do a complete uninstall/reinstall and let you know if that doesn't improve things. Thanks!
