Every time I try to update slide properties in Articulate '09, when I click OK the whole product freezes. Any changes I've made to properties are not saved. If I close out (with Windows Task Manager) and reenter--either through reopening ppt or computer reboot--the system indicates issues with Articulate ribbon and offers to remove the feature. What's going on and how do I fix it?

Hi Jo! Sounds like you may need to conduct a repair of your software :) This typically corrects these issues.
