PPT freezing when publish Articulate

Hi,

I am trying to publish a file in which I added a .swf file (built in Captivate 5.5). When I try to publish, PPT freezes at "Publishing slide 1 of 6". The SWF file is on slide 3.

I have a new computer and wondering if it's that or the software. I am running a Windows 7 64-bit computer with PPT 2010 32-bit and Articulate Studio 9.

Can anyone help me figure out this issue?

One more note about the above - I am using IE9. Not sure if that matters.

Hi Michele,

You'll need to insert your Captivate files into Articulate Presenter by using the method described in the link below:

http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2903

This should resolve the publishing issue that you're experiencing.
