Ppt Images

Hey guys,
I was just wondering why often objects with text created in Powerpoint often save larger than the actual image. I noticed it happens when the text box is larger than the item (i.e. text on a button). What I have to do is cut and paste it as a png, then crop, then save. The problem is the cropping isn't always to the exact size and makes buttons move out of alignment. Anyone know how to avoid this issue?
Thanks

I have seen this happen as well, and its just a nature of publishing. I usually create a separate text box then place that on the graphic/shape, then group them. or just create my buttons in PS and import them as PNG.
