I have many presentations that we had published with Articulate 09, all of the audio was recorded via the standard PPT narration recorder and then the files were sent to me for conversion and uploading. This worked fine. However once we upgraded to Presenter 13 the same files do not seem to recognize that there were audio files included in the PPT when published.
I can click and play them in the PPT file itself, I can even open "Record Narration" in Articulate and play the files by clicking "Start Recording" but once I publish the file itself plays no audio at all (though it seemed to recognize the length of the audio.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with audio in upgrading your Presenter 09 files into Presenter 13. Are you able to package your files and share them here so that our team can test it more fully to see what's happening?
