PPT Shuts Down
Sep 18, 2019
Several issues: Articulate doesn't load anymore when I open PPT. I know to go to File>Options>/Add-Ins> to check for disabled items, or to reload (?) other Articulate add ins. This used to work, but no longer does. I get a message that says "PPT is running into problems with Articulate.Presenter.ipc. I'm uncertain how to fix this. The Articulate button WILL appear on my ribbon after re-adding the 3 add-in files that appear, but as soon as I click on any Articulate button on the ribbon, PPT shuts down... and then restarts... again, without the Articulate add-ins. (a vicious cycle) I have Windows 10, 64 bit; Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office 365 MSO, if that might shed light on any compatibility issues. (???) Any ideas for me? I'm pretty much out of commission with all of my Articulate projects. Thanks!
