In powerpoint i have imported wav files on certain slides. I checked the box to hide the little speaker/audio icon. After publishing everything works but the speaker icon slowly fades in and is visible. Why?
Hi Randy, if you marked the "Hide during show" box in PPT, that's actually only going to hide the icon when you play your content as a regular PowerPoint slide show. To keep the icon from appearing in your Articulate-published output, you can just move the icon off of the visible part of the slide stage.
p.s. >> Although inserting your audio as you've done (through the PowerPoint "Insert" menu) will work in your Articulate-published course, for best results we recommend instead using either of the following options on the Articulate menu: "Record Narration" or "Import Audio." If you add audio through PowerPoint's Insert tab, that can sometimes create issues later if you need to sync audio with your animations, or if need to edit the audio.
