Does the text show up at all when you're working with the file (previewing, etc.)? Also, which font are you using? If you can, try switching to a different font style and see if the same thing happens.
This happened to a colleague of mine today. She was using Adobe Fan Heiti Std B and it would not show in preview or publish. Changing the font to Articulate fixed the problem. it appears that some fonts just don't work with Presenter.
I've had a similar thing, also with using an unsupported font. What font are you using. I also have seen something about a recent microsoft update that destroys some OTF fonts...

Are your fonts not working correctly? MS Update KB2753842 breaks some OTF fonts. :-( You'll want to uninstall it.
If you're using OpenType (OTF) fonts in Articulate Presenter '09, and you find that text is missing or doesn't look right when you preview or publish, it's likely due to a recent Microsoft update.

Hey guys,
If you're using OpenType (OTF) fonts in Articulate Presenter '09, and you find that text is missing or doesn't look right when you preview or publish, it's likely due to a recent Microsoft update.
