I have created various presentations using Articulate Engage, Powerpoint and Camtasia. After publishing, these zipped files are upload to the proper location for our website. However, whenever I view them from the website - they tend to hang mid-way through and display a white screen. No interaction is rendered. Presentation stops moving through remaining slides. The resolution size for all video is 720 x 540. Would appreciate any responses directing me to a correction.
Can you give us any more info about what leads up to the hang? Is it at the same particular slide every time? Can you attach a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks!
