Im sure you all will know this right off. I have published my presentation numerous times during design reviews. Now, lately, without me touching any player template settings, the presentation is bigger then the browser window and there is no browser window scroll bar to move down. It cuts it off. ideas?
off in the middle of the player controls..see pict.
That's actually a really good test for your issue. Try publishing your content with the Corporate Communications player template & see if you can replicate the issue.
Okay so I figured out what is causing it. I have been replacing the tb1.swf with a different image in the Attachments. It was showing a thumbnail of the first slide in presentation. When I replace with a graphic I made into a .swf image, it messes up the display. What in the world?
I even remade the image to make sure its smaller than the thumbnail but to no avail. So, how do I replace that thumbnail without messing up the display?
I have the answer thanks to everyone! You have put it into a slide in a fresh presentation then publish out with your template then copy the newly generated Tb1.swf over. You can't just use graphics program to export to .swf and rename.. Wow...what you live and learn..Thanks!

Hi Denise,
I apologize for the issues that you're having. Did you update your DPI settings recently?

Mine is on and has always been on 96 DPI. Could I have somehow corrupted the template? I have a .flv movie in it but it displays within the slide.

Will do. What is weird about it is that it didn't use to do it. All was fine.
