Using Articulate Presenter 09. When publishing the presentation for LMS the presentation can be viewed Ok and it runs fine however it will not create a zip fle. You click on zip and then select the location, I get no error message but it just does not create the zip file.

This is normally a path length problem, try saving to a shorter path length. It may also be zipping is disabled in your OS
