Presentation won't load

I created a PowerPoint/Articulate presentation and clearly see it in my "recent" files but when I click on it, it won't load and gives me a message about my firewall. I turned off my firewall but I still get the message.

Combined with that - and I don't know if that is what's contributing to the problem - if I try to launch Articulate from another file or a blank presentation, nothing happens. I see the ribbon but none of the buttons are functioning.
