I have never had trouble publishing in Articulate, but this one presentation will just not publish. I can preview it just fine, but when I publish, it just creates a folder with nothing in it. The only difference I can see is that this presentation does have some Web object in it. HELP!
If you publish an Articulate Presenter '09 presentation and find that the expected output is incomplete (one or more files or folders are missing) or if the “View Presentation” button on the Publish Successful dialog does not work, please review this article for solutions.
Thank you Leslie! I eliminated the temporary folder and the path where it is being published has only about 30 characters. It still doesn't publish. I sent articulate package to a technician on campus to see if it was my computer, but the same thing happened to him. When we hit publish, it goes through the process, but then only creates the folder with nothing in it. Any suggestions? I'm attaching the package in case you want to try it. I took a look at your file and the issue lies in Slide 4. You can try recreating that slide if you'd like, but that is the one causing the issue. I noticed that it happened during preview and when I removed the slide the project published as expected
Thank you Leslie! I kept doing some research, and found that image groups seem to be causing this. I ended up capturing the image group on that slide with the Windows snipping tool, eliminating the image group and pasting the new, single image. It published perfectly. Now we know! Thanks for your help.
