I've downloaded Studio '09 as a trial to use Presenter. So i installed it onto my PC and the "Trial expired" box pops up, so i figured Id installed it before. I continued by installing it on other PC's in the office, and the same problem arose, even on the newer PC's.
Id like to know if it has to be purchased because Studio '13 has been released?
Perhaps it would be best to check with our sales team on that request. I know our website no longer provides the Studio '09 download, but they would be better at addressing your questions.
