Presenter '09 Unhandled exception

Hello, recently installed Windows 7, 64-bit.  All Articulate '09 programs work, except Presenter.  Articulate Tab isn't available in Powerpoint 2010 and when I open Presenter splash screen (where you have the following options: "view tutorials" "join the community" "product support" and "buy your copy;"  when I select "Launch PowerPoint, I get an error.  The error reads:  "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.  If you click Continue ,the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.  If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.  The system cannot find the file specified."  Under the "details" tab, the following is listed:
