Has anyone ever seen this? If so can you offer any advice on what causes it and how to solve this problem? The user who generated this error is using Windows 7 & and Office 2010. Thank you for any information.
A bit more information: The error message in my first post happens after the user clicks on the 'Launch PowerPoint' button from the screen in this post.
It sounds like the user is using an unsupported version of Office 2010. Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version. Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010.
