I just downloaded the latest version of '09 to my work computer that has PowerPoint 2016. When I open Articulate, the launch power point tab does nothing. Please help.
Presenter '09 is compatible with these versions of PowerPoint: PowerPoint 2000, PowerPoint 2002 (PowerPoint XP), PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007, or PowerPoint 2010 (32-bit only). Do you have access to PowerPoint 2010 instead of 2016?
Unfortunately I do not have access to 2010 at work. Because of the mandatory organizational upgrade of all operating systems/programs, does this mean that the organization is now forced to upgrade to a newer version after paying for '09 or will Articulate eventually make the adjustments?
Ah, I see. That’s always a challenge for users when computers and their software are perpetually upgraded to later versions. While we continue to provide support for Studio ‘09 products, they have to be installed on a computer that meets the system requirements. Our team is happy to talk to you about your upgrade options for Studio since you are an existing customer, and you can reach them here!
