I recently purchased the Articulate Studio 09 suite for a colleague. I've activated Engage, Encoder and Quizmaker easily but i'm having an issue with Presenter.
It doesnt give me an option to enter the serial number when i launch the Short cut. I can also see all the Presenter functionality in Powerpoint 2007 but when i click on any of the options nothing happens.
Any ideas what i need to do to get it live and give myself the option to enter the serial number?

I had a problem like this a few weeks ago, it was related to how presenter was installed. It was installed to the machine and not the user account the only way we could add a serial number was to give the user account admin rights.
We contacted Articulate and they walked us through a solution
