So, I have a new project for a customer that uses Absorb LMS. I am going to use Presenter and publish both for LMS AND for html5. Will this allow my content to work and be responsive on a Win 10 tablet? The learners may be accessing it from their desktops OR from their tablets?
Thanks for reaching out here - we're unable to weigh in on specific settings for a particular LMS, so you'll want to ask your Absorb team which SCORM and publish settings you should use. Please feel free to share what you find out here as I suspect it's a question other Absorb users may want definitive answers too.

Articulate Presenter lets you publish courses for Flash, HTML5, and the Articulate Mobile Player app. To distribute your published content, upload it to your web server or LMS, then link to the presentation.html file in the published output. Here’s how Presenter determines which version of your content to display when learners view it.
