The animation is in sync with the audio until it is uploaded to the SuccessFactors LMS. It has been re-loaded, but this did not fix the issue. Any fixes available for this?

May I ask if you are experiencing the same behavior when you test your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as that environment is the industry standard for LMS testing? You may also find this article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud to be helpful, as well.
I should also note that if you find your course functions properly in the SCORM Cloud, you may want to reach out to SuccessFactors directly for their input also. :)
