Presenter 13 audio issue with Chrome

Hello,
We are currently having an issue with audio playback in the latest versions of Chrome for both Mac and PC. The audio works sporadically, but often a user has no audio, although the seekbar advances as it should. If we refresh a number of times, we can eventually get it to work. We have tried clearing out the cache, but that doesn't solve the issue. Additionally, we have updated to the latest version of Presenter (UPDATE 9: 1702.2417). Please advise.

Where are you uploading your course to test it?
I uploaded your zip to Tempshare to test on the web, and I'm not hearing what you've described in Chrome. Take a look over here and let me know if the audio is ok! 😊
Thanks for hosting the file on the tempshare. The issue was the server security we run. The mp3s were triggering the following match:
Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). String match "bytes=0-" at REQUEST_HEADERS:Range.
Perhaps this will help someone else with a similar issue.
